Cauliflower Crust Pizza

If you’re looking for the taste, flavor, and texture of pizza without all the carbs and calories, test this one out for yourself. It can take about 45 minutes for the whole process, but if you snack on something while you’re cooking it, it won’t be so bad. I’ll definitely be making more cauliflower crust pizza in the future!

  • 1 cup cooked, riced cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • olive oil 
  • Pizza sauce, shredded cheese and your choice of toppings.
  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
